She then moved into the talent management specter where she worked as a talent manager for five years in voiceover\, commercials\, print\, TV\, film and theater. She fell in love with voiceover and wanted to focus solely on that in an agency setting. She joined DDO Artists Agency in their NY Voiceover department in 2019.

Pre-Netflix credits include Disneytoon Studios’ Tinker Bell & Planes franchises\, and a two-year tenure directing celebrity auditions at William Morris Endeavor. Tyler started his own casting company\, Hypecast Inc.\, in 2024.
